Cheers for that .I've tried that, but because I can't open the door I can't remove the barrell to have a peek inside the mechanism. I might need to contact a locksmith.

Help please Does anyone know how I can open a door that will unlock but the handle will not turn down to open the door.I think its jammed.If i take the glass unit out will I be able to access the locking bolts to hopefully push them down to release the door.
