Andy, the cistern is boxed in so cannot unscrew existing the stem.

Hi, tried Armitage Shanks website and cannot find the part. looking at the Torbeck the valve srews down on the stem, mine screws upwards so will not fit. Cheers

Hi, I am trying to get hold of the the above part number but seems to have been superceded by a different part. My valve is broken I just need the valve. Cannot use the superceded one as I cannot remove the stem due to the cistern being semi-boxed in. In a nutshell does anybody know were I...
