I was told it depends on the type: power flushing is more expensive than standard and hot/cold flushing seems to be somewhere in the middle. The usual price was about £150 for hot/cold. Sorry, ... kind of.... but this one is really about the quality of the valves themselves. I am simply curious whether some valves, due to their design and material are more noisy than the other, independently of any other factors in the central heating system.

I've checked the pump setting: it's on 1. I've double checked all the radiators: they heat up evenlyand only one needed bleeding. Is it possible that there is air somewhere else in the system. Today, as well as the hissing in the valves and the swishing noise in the radiators, the boiler...
