Water is dripping from my Baxi Solo boiler (9 years old). I shall have to call a plumber , but would like to know if this is likely to be a serious and expensive problem

It's a Baxi boiler. Pump is alreday set to 2 and header tank is full fo water. How do I get water into the system?

When my boiler switches off because the required temperature has been reached, there is a sound like water rushing up from the boiler, followed by loud banging from the pipes. I've tried bleeding air from boiler and rads. Also noticed water coming up the vent pipe into the expansion tank. Would...
