Perhaps I need a manual ( I never had one as a friend gave it to me) THe red light did come on, then went out when the heat stopped. I left it awhile and tried again but the light didnt come on. I just tried it now and the light came on, but it will go out again. Drum is rotating, not sure...

My condenser dryer starts heating up then trips to cold, is this a thermostat problem?
