    No burner does not come on once warm water used and leave tap on, it just stays on stand by. Unless I press menu and switch to comfort mode then burner kicks in.

    Yes it's flow turbine I changed. It seems to send message as temp goes down to 40ish flame signal kicks in, and gets temp to 65-70 but have to turn tap off soon as water goes Luke warm and on again after about min and warm water comes again.

    Hi I don't get hot water on demand kicking in I've checked most wiring but all looks good? What other place do I need to look at, any advice will be appreciated as not had proper hot shower for a while.

    damp wall

    I had ballooned up patches of plaster on section off wall where, on out side drain water pipe is from roof. so i knocked that whole section down and brick work is damp and theres roots spreading all over the brickwork. How do i resolve this problem?
