Ok, so my landlord installed a new thermostat (Lux TX1500b). The AC is fine, but heating is a bit off. If the actual temp is 65 and I want to raise the temp to 70... I have to set the set-temp BELOW 65 in order for the heat to turn on! What's the issue here? Dud thermostat? Wiring? I called Lux...
