Thermostat is brand new and boiler too. Heating engineer connected all of them but i changed house after and didn't see how he did it

What press on rwb1007 to set a reading currency temperature from thermostate , example heating is on to 22 deegres and when is 22 is off and If is less than 22 is automatically on . I hope you understand me
