is this an easy job can you just flush them out of do they need replacing,,

Can any one help have 2 issues i think 1 boiler seems to wistle when on central heating 2 hot water,, when you turn on hot water tap it will heet water for a short time then shut of heat unless you open tap fully just over a year ago it had a new diverter valve fitter...
