Hi We have a Hotpoint First Edition 1000 WM52. The machine stops half way between the letter and the rinse symbol. We have tried it on E (40C) and H (Quickwash). The drum also does not turn. It did turn a little the first time that it stuck, when we moved the dial to the spin cycle...
