uk-plumbing.com was where i got the replacement head from. £58 delivered and including VAT. I'm not trade so this was the cheapest i could find. I ordered at about 11am and it turned up next day via ANC/FedEx!

Problem is it never gets to a static mid position. Whenever it goes to the mid point the clickings starts. Will check the voltages as you suggest later.

Seems it's all falling apart at once in my plumbing system!
When the boiler is running the 3 position diverter valve has started "clicking". The clicking noise is the microswitch being hit then the valve moving off it and then moving back and making contact with the switch...
