Very slight flaking paint underneath but no substantial damp signs. I picked some of the plaster away to reveal the pictures below

I checked but couldn't see any sign of damage on their side

Greetings everyone, I have a basement flat of a terraced property with sizeable crack on internal wall (please see pictures). Looks like whatever behind (block work?) had pushed the plaster out. Behind that wall is nextdoor's basement flat. Does this look fixable and no great problem or does...
