Just feedback saying the appeal was a success and we are all approved. The comments in the letter seemed very pointed in the council were unfounded in their initial decision, let alone the new guidance. Happy man that common sense prevailed !

The inspector came the day before the new guidance.. but we were allowed to email them an update referencing the new guidance...very good of them ! Its three weeks on Wed since the visit, hoping for a positive answer soon...
