Hi, the gyprock and plaster have been installed in the property for over a year and a half before painting as we had problems completing the build. No curtains or down lights fitted on any of the ceilings. Any ideas?

Yes, it is a new build. The paint on this has been dry for over a week. The painter says this is normal and is only because we have large windows and that when curtains and down lights are fitted it won’t be as noticeable however I don’t see how that will make that much of a difference as all...

Yes, as I have never seen this on any ceiling before. Is this something you have seen before and would you be happy with it. Why is the white stripes so prominent?
