A simple problem but cant find the answer. Downstairs I have two light switches, one for the hall light and the other for the upstairs landing light. This second switch is of the intermediate type with terminals L1 L2 L3 L4. All I want is to find a single unit which incorporates both switches...

Is there any accepted way of terminating a 13 socket connection on a ring main? The cables come down the wall encased in plaster and I want to leave the wall smooth.

The water temp control is at maximum so thats not it. The blocked heat exchanger (I assume that means hard water scale) seems a possibility and I will look as soon as the weather warms up and I dont need the CH. By the way is there any accepted method of defurring a heat exchanger?
