no idea from what the leak is coming from, i can just see dripping from the pipes outside.

The boiler is in a cupboard and its been completely covered by a woodern board so i can't see above the cylnder!

I heard that sometimes the pipes from a boiler could go out to the overflow pipes at ceiling level?and since the overflow pipe leaking outside is just above my ceiling level, could that be a possibility that is is actually mine?

Hello, i live in a 1st floor flat in a 3 storie building and received a notice today that my overlow pipe is leaking. I have looked outside and seen the leaking pipe but i am unsure if it is mine for sure. This probably sounds like a stupid question but any ideas:there are 3 lots of overflow...

Sorry, on closer inspection it isnt actually a screw, it is a dial that has 3 settings, min (l) ll and max(lll). sorry for taking so long, took a pic and trying to upload it but its taking for ages!!!

ok found it!it doesnt have the bit on the side labelled on your pic 'speed' just the main black part. how will i tell if its not working?no sound im guessing!

ok im a complete novice with boilers, probably sounds like a stupid question but how do i find the pump?!

Hi, i have a thorn housewarmer boiler and cant get any central heating. The hot water is working ok and the radiators warm when that is on but when i switch the heating on via the wall stat nothing happens atall. Thanks if anyone has any ideas.
