i have just been told off by my partner for missing off some information appaently when he turned it on there was black something (like spitting black water) coming out of the flume ! whoops bit of vital info there! anyone got any ideas?

yes we have tried topping it up and unfortuanly the installer only works mon-fri s does the Ravenheat helpline!
