The plumber who moved it, said that since CO level reached a certain number (I do not remember something like 0.008) it was not safe and I had to buy a new one. Obviously, I am not convinced that's why I am looking for advice but I don't think this guy will be convinced to come back to fix it...

When the boiler was initially installed, it was running OK. The plumber let the hot water run for a while and then he said that gas pressure was going up and down, then he said that the pump did not seem to be working, afterwards, no hot water was going to the taps...

I am having a kitchen renovation and have to move the boiler. Does anyone know if this is this a breach of contact for British Gas Home Care.
The problem is that after being reinstalled, the plumber said that the boiler 'had it'. And I need a new one, I was wondering whether BG HC still...
