    How to change pad handle to lock only operation?

    My door has split spindle lock with two spindles at two different heights outdoor handle is a pad. How to change its operation to uplift and lock only. It now operates as lever lever handle set for some reason and I can lock and open door with lifting it up and pushing down from outdoor Thx
