No it does not, It only has a small landing wall above, which is not connected to anything, but thank you for the concern

There is a brick banister wall above joined to it, that is the problem.

Would anyone have any ideas on how to structurally support the triangle hanging bricks,reason being the wall links to a soli brick banister above. Been told the piece of wood pinned to it is not structurally strong enough and do not want to build another wall as need the space and already taken...

OK so about to re-landscape my garden, as you can see the ground level is above the regs but I am on a budget and intend to keep the slabs that are down. Question is how do I go about lowering this, i was told needs to be at least 2 bricks down but as you can see I have a drain the other side...
