Ok, its like 4 years later, but I too had this orange light flashing problem. I tracked the fault down to the flowswitch. Inside there is a tiny microswitch which can go faulty. It cost about £6. Hope that helps......

Cheers for the reply. I do not have a room thermostat wired in. Also I got the voltage wrong the board. Its 155vac either side to earth. The ignition transformer is reading a resistance of 0.002 ohm.

Ok changed the electrode and no spark. I am thinking the Ignition transformer next??
