The model is this one. It made no difference if I pressed the up/down button briefly, or held onto it! It just didn't 'step' but went all the way (all on or all off)/

I bought one of these switches to replace a single switch that controlled 2 lights - there are no other switches in the loop. Fitted them and it all appears to work, and the light goes on/off as expected. What isn't right is that when I tap the 'dim down' button, it dims all the way off and...
