Baxpoti thanks for your advice. The demand light does not come on during normal operation of the DHW, however, if I turn the tap on full the demand light does come on and the boiler does ignite. The problem with this is that I think the flow of the water is too fast for the water to get hot...

I don't know if anyone can help, my boiler works fine when the heating is on, but it won't heat the hot water if the heating is off! Any ideas would be gratefully received. Cheers
