Thanks for the info will check the site out.Was reluctant to fit batons as I dont want to lose too much wall space as one off the rooms is tiny Also I need to know what tickness I am going for so I can get the window fitters to install the correct size sills

My house is built using timber frame with upvc cladding on the 1st floor,I find the rooms very cold with a small amount off damp.i am having new windows fitted and was hoping there is a product I can use on the bedroom walls to make the rooms warmer.Maybe some sort of board but not too thick Thanks
