It is a potterton netaheat 10/16 not sure what that means. It is to know what to listen for and hopefully to know what is being said is relevant and not exagerated that will cost... ( being taken ) I reckon you would call it.... Obviously, what is worrying is the words "new Boiler"

:D Hello everyone I have just found this website. I would like some advice on my broken boiler. The problem is when the boiler is switched on all that I get is a loud clicking sound constantly, I have looked inside the window and can see the pilot light coming on, but the jets won't light...
