    Cast Iron Soil Pipe with a branch from behind the toilet

    I am trying to fit a new toilet to a cast iron pipe, I have bought a 3.5" McAlpine fitting that goes inside the pipe - easy ! The problem is just behind the large cast iron collar that the old toilet is cemented into, there is a 2.5" what appears to be a vent pipe - also cast iron of course...
