    Thanks. It's about a brick deep on a wall that is about two bricks wide. I don't think the waste is as they intend to leave, there is some slope to have a slight drop on it if the sink waste is shortened. My main concerns is load baring on the wall.

    Thanks. Yes, I guess they thought to go through the external wall lower down they would need to cut the joist which might also cause issues. If it meets building regs and is structurally sounds I have no issues. But if there is chance of the wall collapsing or a surveyor flagging it if I try...
