    Thanks both. I have now spoken to Matki and they unsurprisingly said the same as you both. I don't suppose there is any easy way of fixing this problem? I guess we're looking at removing the whole tray (incl. the tiles all around) and doing it all again from scratch... arrgh I suppose...
