can anyone help
i live in a ground floor flat and the person above me has a small plastic pipe coming from just below her window which drips on to my wall and paving stones. there is now moss growing up the wall because of the wet and i am worried my house will become damp or the wall will start to disintegrate. can anyone tell me what is the cause and what can i do.
