    Thank you to everyone who helped out. The additional psu and improved connectors fixed all faults. All sensors are fully operation .

    when you put in the wires into the connector - the hole with the screw on - it is very difficult to ensure there is a good connection for all 4. would you recommend using a waygo wire connector to first ajoin the wires together and then have a single leading out into the connector?

    So I've got the extra Powe supply drilled in. To power it I think I need to I need to power down the alarm. Is there anyway to do this without setting the alarm off?

    I'm sorry if I'm being stupid but is the issue not just unique to network 1 isn't network 1 overloaded so the others should function regardless? And can't that be solved by just providing an alternate power source ?

    is this doable through the wintex software alone? As I'm already aware whats supposed to be on network 1 --> expanders 1 -7 and keypads 1 -6
