can anyone help please. Problem only occurs when the weather is very cold like now. The boiler fires, fan works etc. Then a few seconds later an auful vibrating noise, the fan stops as does the boiler. But th epump keeps working. Only installed 6 months ago the installation guys just tells...

the boiler works fine except the electronic controls keep resetting itself so that the heating does not work, fine if I manually reset, but a pain to do so. Can anyone help please
