I know just don`t trust the company they caused more problems than actually trying to fix it...Scared to move to another company because they had to replace so many parts that they broke .Maybe another company won`t touch it with a barge pole ....Thanks for ur advice may suggest these to them....

Hi thanks for ur reply it is a Vokera Campact...It is a solid red light no strange noises coming from boiler ..It happens all the time whether it is on water or heating and morning or night there is no differece...Originally they thought it was the heat sensors that were not working replaced...

I have a vokera compact boiler been paying a maintenance plan for it . Had an engineer out 15 or more times last winter boiler keeps going to red.. Starts up fine evrytime I turn it back on . Problem is still the same with boiler engineers can`t work out what is wrong with it. It had a blocked...
