    baisi boiler 24s 1999 model

    i have recenty got a new house with a baisi 24s combi boiler 1999 model it wont ignite when the water tap is turned on it can be heard runing but no flame or igniter is not sparking the green led is on and when switched the relay on the pcb can be heard clicking the gas is reading over 1.5bar...
