    rendering help

    it was the first coat and i used a 4-1-1 cement ,plastering sand -lime mix it was straight onto to a block wall which i sealed with pva. i mixed it by hand as i have not got a mixer. all i used was pva mixed in the mix many thanks

    rendering help

    i have had a go at rendering a garden wall. i am a confident plasterer but when i put the render on after trying to smooth the coat i have just aplyed it comes away from the wall. i have applied pva but it still comes away. how would i flatten it with a straight edge without it coming off again...
