Hi all - first posting - got a new wc fitted (by a 'jack of all trades etc') but flush doesn't work without heavy handed action - make is Derwent & Macdee. 'Jack' doesn't know the answer and has not/no longer got any installation instructions which may have been with the unit when delivered...
