    Hi John, no air bricks from what I can see, it's rendered on outside. Neighbour has suspended flooring so likely at some point suspended flooring removed and filled in with concrete. Haven't located any joists but the wood seems to be stakes as only 2x3. No outside stop cock, water pipe enters...
