Cheers, that sounds good. I figure the white parts were just caps. So I pop the white caps off and its like a regular push fit unit from there on in?

I have some kitchen sink taps to replace and don't recognise these connectors, any tips for removing them? Would be nice if I could find one not assembled before I remove them to understand how there fixed? Just in case the image is not clear, its copper to copper piping. Looks like some type...
