Hi my 02 1.9D Vivaro has started just cutting out. Just before it does die it gives out a nasty rattle then just cuts out. It usually soon starts up again without any rattle, then runs ok. Also when driving and dip clutch to change gear when approaching a junction the engine does not idle but...
