As you said, i have just replaced the top part of the receiver, not even need to install the new plate. Got everything working in 15 mins. Also got my Alexa links to Hive, now i can control heater by talking to Alexa. Thanks everyone.

Why is that happening? What is the reason for it? Is it impossible to fix?

When i was in the middle of the shower, the water pressure drop sharply all of sudden, and i saw lots of water come out from the other tube ( the one next to the shower head outlet, is it called " PRD"? ) . I thought the shower head is blocked, but i took the shower head off and turn the shower...
