the best way i find if i don't have a miter saw, is screw a 800mm long 2x3 to a 150mm x 800mm piece of 12mm mdf center it along the length mark the angle on the top and square it down the side, cut this very accurately then use this as a miter block. sorry if that doesn't make sense, not that...
