Yeah my house has a slate DPC, but I think this building must have been originally used as a storage shed, or toilet (although we have another extremely small outhouse with a blocked up toilet so perhaps not..) so single skin, no dpc would have sufficed! Yes, it is - I can't remember exactly what insulation is up there, but I have been meaning to go and move it a bit as I can see it from the outside so there's obviously not any room that been left for ventilation
