So is this "suggestion" a requirement or not. If it is, it's a "requirement". I was just wondering, as I would have thought a suggestion is meaningless to the point in question.

I got this reply via email last week - "Our TalkScrewfix forum is currently down as a new forum is being installed on our website. This new forum with new functions is currently planned to be available next week."
