Sorted it! I streched a finger round into the inlet part that goes into the filter and could feel a 'wall'. A coin was stuck in there and had positioned itself so that it completely blocked the water from draining out of the drum. I didn't manage to remove it, but pushed into the 'bellows'...

Hi Can anyone help? Our Bosch Exxel 1200 came up with an F18 fault which pointed to a filter/pump issue. On checking the filter, there was a couple of argos pens and a curtain hook which I assumed was the problem. Once cleared, It still won't drain. I have checked as much I can for debris...
