Hi all Pulling tiles off a wall and has obviously pulled top coat of plaster with it. Left with the finish shown, question is do I need to pva this before I skim over? Won’t be putting any tiles back so need a smooth finish for painting.

Appreciate the reply, there’s a red wire that comes into com (number8) from the back. It’s this that I’m unsure what to do with. As it’s in the hw com and bridged to the ch com then again to the live should I place both these together in the hive L?
