Pics attached. Only been done about 2 years and it’s blown at the corner again and it’s cracking at the end. No idea what’s going on and can’t keep throwing money at it

Hi guys, first time poster. Im a bit stuck. I have an external garden wall thats been roughcast about 2/3 years ago. Ive noticed its now cracking at certain parts of it. This happened before and i was assured that the new roughcasting wouldnt crack or break. Its happened in the same places...
