Thanks for your responce. I have resolved my problem by replacing alarm with G4. Alarm developed a problem and I purchased an informer dialer as I thought it was the keypad. i did not know that the informer is not actualy a keypad but just a dialer. Thanks anyway up and running again.

Does anyone know wheteher I can fit a honeywell speech dialer keypad to a optima G3. Iam told the Optima G3 is made by Honeywell, developed a problem with alarm and beleive its the key pad.
