I am competent but am unsure on the sizing of the cable can you assist plz

can you help i am about to fit a siemens continuius flow water heater which is 13.2 kw. The distance from the consumer unit to the water heater is aprox 30m. Can you advise me on the correct cable size that i require and what the correct RCD that i will require plz
