    SECURITY LIGHT WITH PIR SENSOR

    Is there any reason why I cannot wire up a standard (normally outdoor) Security Floodlight with PIR sensor INSIDE a garage so as to provide instant light on opening the door from outside at night. I intend wiring the unit into an already available 13 amp socket. Many thanks
