Tado > Settings > Room & Devices > Select a Thermostat > Installation Instructions
As soon as you open it you'll see what you replaced.

Any chance you can look in your app to see what you told the Tado you where replacing? (Yep I am using V3+ too)

@J3oef - Just moved into a house with the dreaded ESI install, what device did you tell Tado you were installing as they don't support...
