ah, i see. actually the plate just says compact 24, so is NTC still likely or should i be looking at something else as well? flushing and descaling the dhw side of the heat exchanger is on the list as well as changing the NTC

Hi all, my Vokera Compact installed 2015. The symptom is a typical diverter valve issue, but this model doesnt have a specific DV. If my assumption was correct and it is a DV type issue (calling for hot water almost always red lights the boiler, but set to hot water on its own it operate fine)...
